We use scientific, evidence-based exercise to help people build real strength and achieve lifelong health and longevity. Our clients expect expertise — and we invest in our coaches so they can deliver it at the highest level.

We believe in real careers, not side gigs. But real careers take time to build.

All our Exercise Professionals start part-time as they learn our proven system, refine their coaching craft, and build strong client relationships. We encourage applicants to maintain another source of income initially. Those who embrace our process, demonstrate excellence, and prioritize client outcomes will have the opportunity to grow into a well-compensated, full-time career role.

Qualifications

Basic

• Proficiency in Exercise Physiology
• Desire to become an Expert in Strength Training
• Experience leading others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate clients
• Relevant certifications in fitness training or exercise science
• Data Analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus, not required.
• CPR/AED certification is preferred
