Position Summary Crescent Line Workers are responsible to perform their assigned duties in a manner which is safe, and efficient while focusing on the creation of a high quality product. The business will operate as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 P's:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safety - Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook - Doing it Safe
- Ensure a work environment which is safe and maintained where our people can safely grow and develop
- Continually seek out and remove all forms of risk
- Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes and product damages accurately and according to processes
- Comply with all OSHA, ISO and company standards

- Pack, sort and stacking products throughout the shift and review completed tasks for accuracy and completion
- Communicates well and respectfully with others

Productivity - Assist with inventories per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or product codes
- Works with proper operation and assembly of line products and packaging
- Validate the use and continuous improvement of all production and operational processes
- Works at a pace to achieve production and quality goals
- Responsible for line production, labeling and packaging of products
Quality - Responsible for production accuracy and for providing feedback to management regarding errors
- Reliable in attendance and punctuality; completes assigned responsibilities to satisfaction; follows through with commitments

Work Environment / Physical Demands - Fast paced environment, requiring Line Workers to adapt to continuous changes in priorities, volumes, staffing requirements
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm's length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch for an extended period of time
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to do repetitive motions including typing for several hours
- Walk on concrete floors for extended periods while in the co-packaging facility
- Ability to work and operate in a non-climate-controlled

Qualifications - Highschool diploma, G.E.D or equivalent
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work well with others
- Possess basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Prior packaging experience
